Returns and refunds

This policy applies to all purchases made online at JUSTAGIFTSHOP.COM

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible as we will require any returns to be returned to us within 14 days working days from the date after the delivery date.

If you no longer want your order and it has been personalised (whether it has left us or not) we won’t be able to offer a credit or a refund. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details of how to return and order please contact us. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

For cancellations of orders, amendments to orders or changes or corrections to personalisation please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond this point we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order if the order has been passed to our team to personalise and/or despatch your item(s).

For items with no personalisation – if goods aren’t returned within 14 days after you have first informed us that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection (this does not apply to any items which have been personalised).

Subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of our Terms and Conditions, goods received back incomplete, damaged, or in used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from Just A Gift Shop’s official site.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Just A Gift Shop without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or store credit.

SALE ITEMS

Items that have been purchased on markdown are eligible for a credit only.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND FLASH SALE

Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for a credit. 

FINAL SALE

For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.

WELCOME CODE

All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers may not be returned and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
